The Opportunity

We’re seeking a talented Area Sales Manager to join our USA Sales Team in Arizona. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working with a highly driven team, you’ll drive business growth of our Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate brands and manage a portfolio of accounts in your territory.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead business growth through high-quality sales and distribution in on-premise and retail target accounts.
• Build strong relationships with distributor sales teams and key accounts to drive distribution and rate of sale.
• Execute brand initiatives, secure premium in-store positioning, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Plan and report on weekly sales activities using CRM tools and collaborate with your manager on market insights.
• Participate in team activities and contribute to a high-performance, values-driven culture.

What you’ll bring

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the adult beverage industry, ideally with a premium wine supplier.
• Proven track record of sales success and distributor collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
• Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the wine market, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; full, clean Driver Licence; ability to travel within territory.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required; WSET Level 2 is a plus.
