At Cellar Beast Winehouse, we create memorable, educational, and welcoming wine experiences. We’re looking for a passionate, hospitality-driven team member to join our Tasting Room and represent our brand both onsite and at local events.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to grow their knowledge of wine.
What You’ll Do
You’ll gain experience across all aspects of winery tasting room operations, including:
- Hosting guided wine tastings and educating guests
- Providing bar and table service with a high level of hospitality
- Supporting off-site events, festivals, and pop-ups
- Assisting with wine and food preparation
- Operating our POS system (Square) and handling transactions
- Supporting inventory processes and daily operations
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

This role may not be a fit if you prefer behind-the-scenes work or are not available on weekends.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow within the wine industry
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Must be 21+ years of age
Compensation & Perks
- Hourly rate: $13–$15/hr + tips

Schedule
- Part-time
- Thursday–Sunday availability required (hours vary by week)
- Weekend availability is essential
