WineDirect is located in the beautiful Napa Valley and has distribution centers in Paso Robles, CA, Santa Maria, CA, American Canyon, CA and Glenwillow, OH.

If you have a passion for efficiencies, fine tuning lean processes, and working in a niche industry, we want to work with you! As Project Manager, you will be able to work will all levels and corners of the wine industry.

The right candidate must be passionate about customer satisfaction but understand how to balance customer needs with the operation of the WineDirect Ecommerce platform. The project manager’s role will include ensuring that the goal of the project succeeds on time that the project is carried out in accordance with the specification of the wineries stakeholders and the internal implementation plan. As a Project Manager you will provide the administrative guidance on project execution and functionality of the platform. You have strong business relationship skills. You are organized, detailed oriented, and a problem solver. You crave the opportunity to master a subject and teach what you know.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Ability to define, plan and manage the full scope of multiple projects and interact well with clients in on-line and on-site coordination meetings.
• Forecast timing and track status of the project.
• Coordinate appropriate resources to meet project needs.
• Represent WineDirect from a coordination standpoint in all internal and external meetings.
• Ensure deliverables are being completed within established timeframes, budget and within defined client expectations.
• Communicate project progress to clients, and team regularly and in a timely manner.
• Manage changes to project without unduly affecting the stated objectives.
• Perform other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of the wine industry desirable
• Used Vin65 in the past a plus
• PMP certification desirable
• 2-4 years of Project Management and/or Customer Service
• Has technical proficiency and intrigue of computers
• Must have ability to multitask, work well under pressure and be able to adhere to strict deadlines
• Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, work effectively in team/crew environment
