Accurately account for all receipts & disbursements for the winery.

Reconcile GL accounts and prepare monthly financial statements and year-end close

Prepare costing of wines

Prepare payroll

Coordinate employee benefits package—medical/dental/401K

Prepare 702 & 2050 government forms

Provide a collaborative & professional work environment    

 

5 years' experience, college degree preferred, knowledge of Dynamics (Great Plains) & ADP Payroll & Microsoft Office preferred, Knowledge of WIMs or OrderPort a plus

 

 

 

 

Full-time salary position, negotiable based upon experience
