We are looking for a Sommelier/ F & B Manager to act as our wine expert. This role will entail recommending wines based on our guest personal tastes and food selections. Will work with our Chef and Food and Beverage team to create wine lists that pair with our food menus.
Sommelier responsibilities will include recommending wine varieties to our guests. Will work with our purveyors to renew our selections and achieve better prices. Additional responsibilities will include supporting our leadership with the the management of our Luce Restaurant, a Michelin 1 star restaurant.
Qualified candidates will have relevant experience in hospitality in management and in a fine dining establishment. Union experience a plus. Must be able to work a flexible schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
