Job Overview

This position is responsible for producing a wide range of baked goods. With focus on quality and production levels, this position will assist the culinary team with their mission to exceed customers’ expectations related to food quality and dining experience.

Essential Functions

  • Bake pastry items as assigned as well as have ability to produce all items which the Baker is responsible for
  • Provides planning and direction for the pastry team to fulfil requisitions and orders in a timely manner
  • Assists Chef with special requests
  • Must be able to read recipes and follow measurement instructions accurately
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all team members
  • Consistently practice safe and sanitary food handling techniques
  • Maintain workstation and equipment safety and cleanliness
  • Inventory items as assigned and maintain records as needed


  • Able to work flexible hours and days
  • Two years related experience required
  • Knowledge of pastry and baking products
  • Previous experience maintaining professional and respectful work relationships
