Upscale Modern Japanese restaurant in Napa accepting applications for Line Cooks, Sushi Chefs and Dishwashers. Must have a passion for food, hospitality and teamwork. Minimum two years' experience with Japanese Cuisine is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in an upscale, high volume restaurant preferred
* Experience with Japanese cuisine not required
* A passion for high quality ingredients and cooking technique
* Seeking Experienced Sushi Chef's and Sushi Apprentices
