Wine Club Manager (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Under the leadership of the Director of Hospitality, manages all functions of the Concannon Gatekeeper and Underdog Wine Club, and  is the wine tasting ambassador for this successful international wine organization.

 

 

DUTIES

 

-Take our wine clubs to the next level using promotion, incentives and various marketing campaigns to build our wine club customer base.

-Able to create e-mails blasts to communicate to the members and prospective members using Vertical Response

-Gatekeeper Guild and Underdog Wine Club database management, including securing new credit cards, e-mail addresses, process new memberships

-Process Gatekeeper credit cards for bi-annual Release packs and Underdog credit cards for releases

-  Lead coordination bi-annual Release package communications and Underdog releases  – execute e-mail communications, secure reservations for release parties

-  Lead coordination of Concannon and Underdog Wine Merchants events.

-  Manage in house fulfillment and shipments of wine club releases and direct sales to wine club members.

-  Code invoices and submit to Accounts Payable

-  Manage telephone coverage for all aspects of wine clubs and direct sales related to wine club purchases

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

-Must have proven wine club experience and success in building, managing

and maintaining wine clubs.

-Exceptional customer service and communication in all forms ( written, verbal and technological)

-  Creative ability to thread the brand strategy through communication and presentation of events, etc to the wine club.

-Operate well under deadlines and at times a high degree of pressure.

-  Must be able to prioritize and work independently and with good attention to detail.

-  Ability to represent our winery with professionalism when dealing with guests or vendors.

-  Must be 21 years of age and have a valid CDL.

-  Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

-  Must be able to stand for long periods of time when required.

- Must have excellent computer skills including Excel, HTML, and Word.  A plus to know RMS, Aloha, Photoshop, Illustrator and Power Point.

- proven track record is highly desirable.
