Stewart Cellars in Yountville is looking for a tasting room professional to assist in our growing wine club and events department. We are looking for someone who is passionate about wine & providing exceptional hospitality, who is incredibly detail oriented, has a sense of urgency, and is team player who is driven to succeed.
The primary responsibility will be communicating regularly with wine club members as well as managing event inquiries. The wine club & events coordinator will process all club orders, coordinate with the shipping team to ensure proper delivery of all wine, regularly reach out to members regarding events and promotions. Additionally, this role will be responsible for answering event inquiries, sending contracts & confirmations, and coordinating both private & public events onsite.

• Ability to balance the guest experience while also being driven to meet & exceed all sales goals Excellent team player, stepping in to help wherever the need is
• Prior wine club sales & tasting room experience is a must
Basic property maintenance
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Estimated start date 6/1/17
$20/hr, 40 hrs weekly plus commission. Does this need to be higher?
