Novelty Hill-Januik Winery is an iconic winery located in Woodinville wine country, twenty minutes outside of Seattle, Washington. We are a well-established venue with an exceptional culinary program, award-winning wines and state-of-the-art meeting and event facilities. 
This role is more than just managing data; it's about building and managing customer relationships and customer retention. Our wine Club members think of this winery as “their place”. Maintaining an atmosphere where our members feel welcomed and appreciated is key to success in this leadership role.

Job Responsibilities:
•  Marketing the club using email based campaigns, social media, and direct contact
•  Maintain and keep current all member data
•  Manage email list and marketing calendar for email campaigns
•  Developing incentive programs for membership retention and membership growth year over year
•  Increasing wine club revenue year over year through upgrade campaigns to increase numbers in higher levels of membership and direct target marketing to best buyers.
•  Produces a variety of regular wine club reports
•  Manage and keep track of all inventory used for quarterly wine club shipments and quarterly upsell “add-on”
•  Manage reservations for all wine club parties and events
•  Participate in all wine club events, including release weekends
•  Manage all quarterly wine club shipments/pickups as well as all other online and tasting bar shipments
•  Input filled membership forms into database, update changes of information, and update credit card information. Including sending an email to those with expired cards or still invalid cards before the next release
•  Create subscriptions and process credit cards
•  Send out monthly anniversary rewards
•  Manage compliance for all states to which we direct ship, including completion and filing of all monthly, quarterly and yearly compliance report
•  Manage Direct Wine Shipper licenses
•  Support tasting room as back up when busy


Qualifications:
•  Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year university preferred
•  Minimum 3 years of winery experience with a proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment
•  Hospitality and/or food and beverage industry experience preferred
•  Seasoned professional who is ready to contribute to our company on day one and who can contribute to our long-term strategic goals
•  Strong attention to detail and superb organizational skills
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills
•  Ability to be self-managed, yet also a team player
•  Schedule flexibility is a must, as occasional evenings and weekends will be required based on wine club needs
