Manager, Business Intelligence (BI) Development and Analysis is responsible for using a variety of tools to review, develop and improve existing information and analytic systems infrastructure used by the Strategy and Business Development (S&BD) department, for developing new systems (including modeling, forecasting and heuristics) as needed, and to evangelize systems developed by providing actionable business insights to the communities served.

Essential Functions:
• Navigate and operate critical databases utilizing the Microsoft BI stack and/or other tools
• Find and improve efficiencies in current tools and systems
• Develop new tools when appropriate
• Provide analytics support, work with the S&BD team and IS to develop new reports and analyses
• Develop and share category insights as required

Working Conditions:
• Office work; 10% travel possible

Physical Requirements:
• Extended periods of computer and phone work

Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Advanced Mathematics or related field.
• 5 years’ experience managing critical databases for CPG companies; 
• Understanding of core systems, applications, and relational data sources; 
• 5 years’ experience using BI reporting tools including MS Office, PowerPivot including MDX or DAX, Cognos 10
• MS BI stack, TSQL (to include creating and maintaining stored procedures)
• Advanced Analytics software (SPSS, SAS, R) MS Reporting Services and MSO automation experience (VBA) preferred 
• MS Office certification required
• Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work autonomously toward objectives; 
• A high degree of intellectual curiosity
• Excellent math skills
• Good organizational/prioritizing skills
• Excellent customer service skills including providing analytics troubleshooting and support
• History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
