In this role you will collaborate with all functions of the company. This position will have a true impact to our business by meeting the following objectives;

The IS Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization in its use of the JD Edwards E1 (JDE) ERP software and other applications. This individual will be responsible to respond to user requests for information, documentation and user training. Responsible in advising users in applying industry best practices in solving business related issues within the following JDE E1 modules: Sales Order Management, Manufacturing, General Ledger, Inventory Management, Capital Asset Management, Procurement, Transportation, Production Planning, and Materials Requirements Planning. 
• Responsible for writing reports and assisting business owners in developing One View Reporting and designing BI Publisher Forms.
• While functioning as part of the JDE team, this person must be able to work independently with users, and be willing to assist with JDE E1 issues as needed.


Essential Functions:
JDE E1 and Other Application Support
• Provide technical/functional support for business users using JDE E1.
• Take ownership of IT related JDE data /configuration support tasks.
• Maintain the JDE training documentation.
• Work with JDE Project teams on implementing additional JDE features as required.
• Coordinate training for new users and continual education
• Create design specifications and custom reports
• Continually seek and identify new and innovative process and system improvements

Data Analysis and Report Writing
• Knowledge of JDE E1 Reporting environment including One View Reporting and BI Publisher
• Understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Ability to comprehend business owner’s information requirements and convert to advanced report-writing platforms.


Non-Essential Functions:
• Experience with IBM Cognos Report Studio
• Knowledge of XML scripting
• Knowledge of basic Project Management processes


Working Conditions:
• Office environment, sitting for long periods of time at the computer.
Requirements Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week at the Chateau Ste Michelle Winery offices.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• Must be able to travel up to 25 % of the time.


Qualifications:
• Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years’ functional support experience with JDE E1 
• In depth knowledge of JDE E1 technical operations specifically for one of more of the following modules: Sales Order Management, Manufacturing, General Ledger, and Procurement.
• Experience in business requirements gathering, developing functional requirements, testing procedures, and change management.
• Knowledge of basic database concepts
• Ability to communicate well with owners of business applications 
• Ability to train others in the use of software applications
• Proficient understanding of personal computers and Microsoft Office applications
• Successful work history demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively, work well with others, use productive work methods, exercise good judgment, and display initiative and innovation on the job.
• History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and or certified by state and or local regulatory bodies.
