Livanos Restaurant Group Moderne Barn, Excellent Award winning wine program is seeking Beverage Director / Sommelier. We provide an exciting and welcoming environment for our customers and employees alike.

Our ideal applicant must:

 

  • Certified Sommelier

  • Knowledge of Mixology

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service industry

  • Develop Staff Training

  • Manage large inventory of wine & sprits

  • Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate deals to maximize profitability

  • Maximize wine sales
