Dynamic and expanding natural wine importer and wholesaler seeks an energetic, self-motivated, collaborative and ambitious sales representative for the Washington DC market. Candidates should possess a contagious enthusiasm for wine - especially those produced by small, family-owned wineries. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the Washington DC market, particularly its restaurants. The DC sales representative will be responsible for selling our selections to both retailers and restaurants. The candidate should possess excellent people skills, enjoy making sales calls and aspire to build sustainable business and enduring business relationships. A considerable amount of cold-calling and determined follow-up will be required. A car is a must.
