DAMA Wines, a women-owned winery celebrating its 10th anniversary in Walla Walla, is seeking an experienced, fun, high-energy DTC manager to take our sales to the next level, coordinate events, plan and implement sales and marketing programs, and manage club and membership, consistent with branding. Must have excellent computer and communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, and strong background in DTC sales in the wine industry. Excellent references with previous winery experience required. Demonstrated success in development and growth preferred. Flexible schedule and possible part-time position for the right candidate.
