Young and energetic Wine Importing and Distributing Company is looking for Salespeople with great knowledge of their respective So Cal territories, from Ventura County to San Diego County, with an existing account base and the capability to open new accounts on a regular basis. Multiple books ok.


You are a self-starter with an eye for opportunities, with great relationship-building qualities to enhance our customer relationships and sales.

This position requires: 

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in the designated geographical area, resulting in excellent knowledge of the account base and great contacts among this region’s accounts.
- Goal-oriented personality with a proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals and creating positive relationships 
- A high-achiever personality and the ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment 
- Proven sales skills and excellent organizational habits
- Knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for the wine industry and wine sales. Knowledge in imported wines a plus.
- Polished interpersonal skills 
- Persuasive public speaking, presentation skills and the ability to close sales 
- Flexible hours
- Computer fluency
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of insurance 
- English fluency is required, foreign language is a plus
- Ability to lift 40 lbs 

Responsibilities: 

- Achieve monthly sales goal in the assigned territory
- Cold-call on new on- and off-premise accounts to establish relationships and improve market penetration.
- Provide effective Follow-ups and a high-level service support to accounts 
- Conduct in-store tastings and wait-staff trainings 
- Work in the market to build strong customer relationships
