Human Resources Manager (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

The role of the HR Manager is both a strategic and a tactical position. Under the direction of the Director, HR Business Partner the HR Manager is responsible for performing full-cycle recruitment; employee relations; implementing HR policies/ programs and adhoc projects. The HR Manager will provide full service HR support to an assigned client group. The HR Manager will act as a trusted HR and Talent Acquisition Advisor by developing strong and effective partnerships across PR USA.

Recruitment:

• In this role, the HR Manager will implement talent acquisition strategies to identify attract and hire high-quality talent for the business while utilizing active and passive sourcing techniques to fill existing and future job openings.
•  The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to help establish clear processes and execute critical hiring needs.
• The HR Manager will provide full life cycle recruitment to an assigned group of clients.

HR Support:

• Provide employees and managers with advice, counsel and coaching regarding HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations:

• Assist in managing and leading employee relations by investigating, resolving, and communicating in regards to employee questions, issues, or concerns. Determine and take appropriate action to resolve issues in a timely, appropriate, and confidential manner.

Adhoc Projects:

• In partnership with the Director, HR Business Partner the HR Manager analyzes the employee engagement survey and works with specific work streams on action planning.
• Collaborate with Director, HR Business Partner on special projects.
• Partner with the Talent Management team on talent initiatives

Administration:

• Oversee the employee referral program for assigned client groups
• Oversee and manage the recruitment budget (includes agency usage)
• Manage all immigration issues (visa and green card sponsorship, visa requests, etc.) for respective client groups
• Partner with Corporate Services on seat assignments
• In partnership with the Manpower dedicated rep, manage all temp requests for assigned client groups.

Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up to date recruiting data/status on the opens/ filled report and in the applicant tracking system (Taleo).
• Annual EEO Reporting

Requirements:

• B.A. or B.S. required. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of proven Recruitment/ HR Generalist experience.
• Demonstrated client focus and ability to build relationships successfully across all levels of organization
• Ability to communicate comfortably with stakeholders
• Ability to solve complex problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
• Attention to detail and excellent follow-through and delivery required.
• Can work well under pressure, prioritize, multitask and operate autonomously and on a team in a deadline driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
