Cana Distributors, a rapidly growing wine, beer & spirits Importer/Distributor, representing award winning products, is seeking EXPERIENCED & MOTIVATED Sales Representatives to represent the following areas. Metro Detroit & Southwest lower Michigan areas.

QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE previous industry experience of at least 1 year, but preferably 2+ years in the industry, including "on" and "off" premises sales/service. i.e. convenience stores, wine shops, restaurants, bars, etc. If you do not possess the industry experience, please do not apply.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Prospecting

Developing new accounts

Responding to customer needs after the sale

Planning and territory management

Presenting New Products

Working evenings and weekends when necessary

Conducting tastings

Merchandising of products

** Must have reliable transportation and a valid and current Michigan drivers license, with proof of insurance and an acceptable driving record.

** Must be at least 21 years of age and have the physical ability to lift and or carry 50 pounds.

** Must be well organized, with excellent time management skills.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Have strong communication and verbal skills.

** Be a highly motivated, results oriented individual with a strong work ethic.

** He/She must be able to retain and grow existing business and aggressively develop new business.

** Have a good knowledge of the world's major wine producing areas.

** The successful applicants must also be computer literate, well spoken and professionally attired at all times

$40,000 - $60,000 per yr. Commission Only
