McNab Ridge Winery is looking for a sales associate to work with our existing sales staff, distributors and brokers to grow sales through all channels. In addition to having a great attitude and work ethic, you must have excellent planning, organization and follow-up skills. This is an outstanding opportunity for a self-motivated individual who wants to grow with us.

Job Requirements
Self-motivated and able to follow through on projects quickly while paying
attention to accuracy and detail
Written and verbal communication skills are a must
Solid computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
Efficient at posting meaningful information to social media regularly
Excellent planning, organizational and follow up skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage orders and shipping logistics
Provide information and support for distributors and broker network.
Monitor sales reports
Identify sales opportunities
Educate distributors, brokers and key account customers on brands
Work with accounting to ensure distributor budgets remain fiscally responsible.
Salary DOE
Full-time with health benefits and Simple IRA with employer contributions
