Ponte Family Estate Winery is located in the heart of the Temecula Wine Valley. Surrounded by 300 acres of mature vineyards and by views of rolling hills, we are a short drive from most of Southern California.

We have farmed our vineyards since 1984, opened our winery in 2003 and have become the benchmark for great service among Temecula wineries.

Summary:

Ponte Family Estate Winery seeks a Host/Hostess to welcome and direct guests in the "Wine Club Member only" tasting room in a quick and efficient manner while providing exceptional service.

Experience and Skills:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Hostess (100%)

• Welcome members into the Reserve Room.
• Greet members with a smile and respond quickly to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Explain and show the members where the seating, tastings and other amenities are located and assist them with getting started.
• Communicate information to Reserve Room Associates regarding anything needed to ensure the member’s satisfaction is exceeded.
• Thank the member for coming and invite them to return.
• Perform any other tasks as requested by the Tasting Room Manager or Assistant manager.
• Work well under pressure when the room is busy, and complete all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Always have high expectations for service levels.
• Understand and adhere to the Ponte values and service standards.
• Understand and adhere to environmental standards set by the winery.
