THE ROLE

We are seeking a resourceful and passionate team player, based in our Tampa Bay office, to manage and promote a portfolio of wine brands in select Caribbean markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing & executing strategic plans in their assigned territories to ensure growth in market share.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct extensive market and industry analysis
• Travel frequently for market visits and trade events (occasionally on weekends)
• Prepare marketing plans and manage related budgets
• Facilitate and participate in training/educational sessions
• Manage and monitor monthly inventories relative to supply
• Develop and maintain cross-cultural relationships while interacting effectively with all levels of management
• Grow market share and portfolio profitability

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Management, International Business or Marketing
• Working knowledge of international trade practices
• 3+ years experience in consumer marketing
• Energetic and self motivated with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves”
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the Wine Industry
• Fluency in French and/or Spanish
