Director of National Accounts-East (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

The Director of National Accounts is accountable for the profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with large, multi-location national customers. This position with be result oriented focusing on sales goals and initiatives, profitability, marketing, and growing brand positions.

• Develop new business relationships with decision makers while identifying potential customers and developing a business plan to reach them.
• Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, objectives, goals and targeted revenue generation by partnering with distributors and key national accounts in the specified market.
• Creates programming for new and existing customers to include: RFP inclusion, drink development/ideation, and LTO ideation
• Maintain relationships with key wholesaler teams, executing team meetings for new items, reviews and program execution and development
• Coordinates national pricing and inventories of all brands selected for programs
• Assist and participate in trade and consumer events.
• Meets annual volume and profit goals by brand and account.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary personnel.

• Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored
• Established working relationships with key National or Regional accounts and buyers in given territory
• Professional, organized and ability to thrive in highly competitive environment
• Ability to make smart business decision based on growing sales, profitability and market shares
