Operations Analyst (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Responsible for inventory forecasting and purchase order creation as well as all data maintenance within our ERP environment; will also be responsible for report creation, maintenance, analysis and circulation for our Sales, Marketing and Operations Teams; will work as a conduit between the Brand Management Team and Operations Team to ensure an effective and efficient work flow.

Inventory Control – responsible for the inventory forecasting for all items in WD’s portfolio; will work closely with our Brand Management & Sales Teams, along with Suppliers, to ensure we are maintain appropriate levels of stock and are transitioning to new vintages seamlessly; will create Purchase Orders and pass them along to our Traffic Department:

• Demand Planning and Forecasting
• Purchase Order Creation
• Propose Plan for Overstocked Items

Data Entry and Maintenance – manage all aspects of Data Entry and Maintenance for Item and Customer Masters as well as Pricing and Cost Condition Records:

• Wine item set up and maintenance
• Cost adjustments
• Brand and Supplier Data control
• Pricing Entry & Maintenance including Adjusted and special Pricing
• Updating Brand Groupings and Categories
• Item Activation/Control

Report Creation and Maintenance – responsible for the creation and circulation of many vital reports for our Sales, Marketing and Operations Teams; data verification and auditing also required

• Monthly Programming Report Tracking depletion allowances by brand/market
• Burgundy offering spreadsheet
• Warehouse location report
• Reports for winery
• WD & Distributor inventory turn reports
• Inventory Master File
• Supplier Contract Summaries
• Volume model templates
• Trip tracker
• Incentive trackers
• Sample report for Marketing Team
• Key Distributor Meeting Reports

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Must Possess a Four-Year College Degree
