Logistics Associate (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

We are currently recruiting a Logistics Associate who will report to the Logistics Manager. This position will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently and effectively meeting and exceeding customers' expectations with all purchase requests. Will handle all inquiries with tact and diplomacy, and will respond in a timely and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Verify shipping data and inventory transactions against will-call logs, inventory transaction records, and warehouse in-out and distribution logs
•  Monitor ship holds and execute special fulfillment requests
•  Audit ShipCompliant on daily basis to ensure that all orders that have been shipped have tracking numbers. Remove unshipped orders from ShipCompliant and establish a new ship date in NAV.
•  Transmit daily shipping activity to internal/external fulfillment sources
•  Import tracking numbers as needed from ShipCompliant to NAV or manual entry
•  Monitor consumer volume limits based on each states requirements
•  Process return shipments for direct to consumer sales through credit memo, reship order and case in CRM
Evaluate inventory and logistical data (shipped vs. on hand)
•  Adjust invoices in Microsoft Navision (NAV) to account for changes in product mix or quantity
•  Assist with monthly inventory count and reconciliation
•  Manage CRM Logistics related queues
•  Spreadsheet preparation for Logistics emails (shipping and tracking confirmations)
•  Post offering data clean up (bad states, shipping methods, address line, etc.)

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs all related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
•  Microsoft Navision and ShipCompliant a plus.
•  Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel including extensive knowledge of pivot tables and data management functions.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Proactive, honest and trustworthy

•  Self-motivated
•  Exceptional organizational and customer service skills
•  Detail and service oriented
•  Use of computer, keyboard/10-key
