Join the Alpha Omega Winemaking team for Harvest 2017!!!!
We are looking for people with established cellar skills including:
• emptying/filling barrels,
• transferring wine/ juice
• cleaning/sanitation of winery equipment,
• topping, bleeding
• draining tanks/pressing,
• crushing,
• inoculations, additions
You must be able to:
• Lift and carry 65 lbs
• Follow written and oral instruction IN ENGLISH
• Drive reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
• Work 6 days per week, up to 13-14 hours per day in a fast-paced environment
A plus if you can:
• Drive a forklift confidently
• Speak Spanish
Position duration: September 5-November 3
Pays extra for night shift work.
Wage determined by experience
