Entry Level Accounts Payable (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

We are currently recruiting an Entry Level Accounts Payable who will report to the Winery Controller.

This position will be responsible for processing invoices and other accounting related support services to the Winery Controller. This position requires assisting in the daily operations of the Finance department and upholding the integrity and confidentiality of Pacific Union Co’s financial transactions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Process weekly accounts payable transactions and record disbursements on check registries
•  Prepare bank deposits, process cash receipts and record merchant accounts activities
•  Administrative duties to include filing, office organization, and office supply orders
•  Projects as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum AA or equivalent
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in computers with emphasis in Microsoft Office, Excel
- 10-Key by touch
- Must be detail-oriented and flexible
- Ability to multi-task
- Work well with others
- Ability to work in a fast paced growing environment
