Summary/Objective:

Following general guidelines administer the Documentation, Maintenance and Control of Packaging. Document packaging specifications and standards in IntellaPac. Provide systems/process support with vintage changes, case labels, SKU research, IntellaPac administration, and various ad hoc projects based on company priorities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Document packaging specification and standards in Intellapac
• Create and maintain component and finished good package changes with regard to vintage within the IntellaPac application ensuring completion a minimum of three weeks prior to production.
• Ensure documented specification systems are accurate and updated
• Maintain media placed on production packets within IntellaPac application to ensure availability a minimum of two weeks prior to bottling.
• Participate in data integrity audits and updates within the IntellaPac application either ad hoc or on a scheduled basis
• Create and maintain process documents and policies for the Packaging Technology department
• Act as backup support for the IntellaPac Administrator resetting passwords, establishing new users, unlocking records, and various tasks.
• Act as backup support for bottling facilities regarding case label information or troubleshooting
• Assist with SKU research for details such as UPCs, SCCs, Mould numbers, for internal customers including Special Packs, Brand/Marketing, International, Customer Service, and Quality
