Raymond Vineyards is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our sales and hospitality team in beautiful St. Helena. Responsibilities will be varied – including, but not limited to, executing an exquisite educational tasting experience, promoting Raymond Vineyards and the Wine Club, participation in special events and participation in off-site tastings. Duties also include all aspects of daily operations: retail sales with basic computer and cash register, stocking and presenting wine and retail gift Comprehensive knowledge of wine and viticulture
Top notch customer service skillsitems, telephone reception, glass washing/polishing, and other side work as needed. Strong background in wine sales and Napa Valley wine industry a must.
Qualifications:
Professional, positive demeanor
Naturally dynamic sales skills with the ability to meet personal and team goals
Ability to conduct tours, host groups, and provide educational experience,
Computer proficiency
Must be 21 years of age
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evening
