Tres Sabores Winery is hiring for immediate employment in our tasting room! Our western Rutherford bench property is one of the most magical in all of the Napa Valley—a true “hidden gem”. At Tres Sabores, we are stewards of the land and were one of the first in the region to organically certify (CCOF) our Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot grapes, pomegranates, olives, and lemons. We’re devoted to exploring the character of the grapes we grow and producing wines that truly reflect the “voice” of the vineyard. We are looking for an engaged, energetic and knowledgeable associate to join our extended family. At Tres Sabores, every role is multi-faceted, quality oriented, ambassadorial and crucial to the success of our small, artisanal enterprise.
Duties:
Meet and greet guests with a positive attitude.
Conduct 90 minute tour and tasting “immersion experiences” in our winemaking and diverse, organic growing practices. (All tours and tastings are by prior appointment and are limited in size).
Complete sales and wine club subscriptions with accuracy
Fulfill on-site guest orders
Perform daily opening and closing procedures
Assist with special VIP tours and events as needed
Reports to: Hospitality Manager/Owner
Hours: Full-time & Seasonal, work schedule includes weekends (Friday-Sunday). Employment guaranteed until November 1st, 2017; subject to continued employment based upon mutual agreement thereafter.
Requirements:
Personable, presentable, and detail oriented
A “can do” attitude.
Willingness to be a key team player on a small team
Must be able to pack up and carry full cases of wine to assist guests
A fun and humorous personality
Lover of dogs (four golden retrievers on property)
Additional bonus skillsets:
Telephone reception, computer knowledge for order entry, inventory management, Excel, Word, basic knowledge of Spanish.
