Harvest Internship (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

Duties will cover every facet of winemaking. We use optical sorting which means you will spend more time working with wine and less time on a sorting table. Successful applicants will work with some of the best vineyards in California and be exposed to many varietals from Napa and Sonoma counties.

Duration: September thru November

We seek:

  • Previous harvests and forklift skills are a plus

Duties: 

  • Thorough sanitation and cleaning
  • Pumpovers and punch downs
  • Wine movements - draining tanks, pressing, barreling down, ect.
  • Everything that has to do with making wine in a winery. Long hard days on your feet are the norm.

Pay will be $16-$20 DOE, and you will have overtime.
Must be able to read, speak, and write the english language.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, repeatedly and work six (6) days per week.
