District Sales Manager, Spirits, Los Angeles Rippentrop
Responsible for leading, directing, training, and managing the assigned territory, to execute at the field level for both on and off premise accounts, to manage the distributor personnel and sales teams, and to achieve sales and new distribution objectives. Execute sales and marketing programs derived from both national and local strategic initiatives. The position requires the abilty to sell, implement, execute, and manage such programs within the brand and corporate strategies.
Must have:
- Current relationships in the marketplace
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field
- 3-5 years current experience
- On/Off premise selling experience
- Distributor relationships
- Proven execution results
- Computer literate
- Able to work within budgets
- Ability to work on weekends and evenings
