We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic person to join us as our Tasting Room Lead. We have a great staff that enjoys sharing the history of our winery with our guests while also providing them with a memorable experience.
We are looking for a full time tasting room lead to work in our fast paced, exciting winery. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work in our tasting room and educate guests as well as tasting room associates on our winery history, our wines, and philosophy of our winemaking. The right individual will help to train tasting room staff to work behind the tasting bar, ring in sales and greet our guests.
Our ideal candidate must be at least 21 years of age, be able to lift and move up to 45 pounds and be able to stand for long periods of time. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for and knowledge of wine and be able to work weekends and holidays as well as some events. High energy and excellent communication skills are a must as well as experience with POS systems and computer literacy. Candidate should be able to multi-task, be a team player and love working with people.
Duties will include, but not be limited to being responsible for running the tasting room such as scheduling tasting room staff, managing the tasting room calendar for tasting reservations, maintaining inventory including wine and merchandise, and helping ship out orders as needed.

Skills:
Previous management experience a plus
Sales experience in a winery environment preferred.
POS and computer literate.
Vin65 knowledge a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, some holidays and events in the evening.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Willingness to learn about our wines and our philosophy.
Salary: DOE
Days: Thursday - Monday Schedule, Days off would be Tuesday & Wednesday
