Saxco International, the premier, value added distributor of glass bottles and related packaging is looking for a Sales Representative for our Washington and British Columbia wine regions and customers. This person will have a home office, and be responsible for growth and maintenance of wine glass bottles, sales of packaging materials (specialty capsules, glassware and decorating services) to new customer accounts (wineries) in the greater Washington and British Columbia wine regions. There will be overnight trips to Canada, so this person must have a passport and be familiar with crossing the border between Canada and United States. You must be willing to use your own car to travel.
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of outside sales experience preferably with some exposure to packaging and the wine industry.
• 4 year college degree (BS or BA) preferred.
• Track record of success identifying new prospects and developing new business.
• Ability to multitask and handle high volume complex accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills
Location: Washington & British Columbia
Compensation: Salary + Commission + Auto Allowance
Travel – better than average overnight travel.
This is an Exempt position. After a short probationary period you will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurances. We have a 401k with employer match, and we offer paid holidays and Paid Time Off.
