This is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic and fast-growing company. This position will report to the Senior Vice President – Eastern US.
State Responsibility:
Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa
Primary Responsibilities and Desired Skillset Include:
• Goal oriented and results driven work ethic
• Ability to quickly build strong, meaningful relationships with senior management, field management and sales reps across existing distributor network
• Continually develop positive relationships with key on & off premise account buyers, top regional and national accounts, and brand influencers
• Function at a high level in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Employ high standards of accountability with detail oriented follow up and execution
• Deep market knowledge with the ability to quickly respond to changes in the competitive landscape
• Confident in presenting a large and growing portfolio of wine to accounts, distributors and consumers
Desired Experience:
• Reside within the territory
• College degree preferred
• 3-5 years wine industry experience at the distributor or supplier level
• Strong knowledge and commitment to wine
• 21 years of age or older
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Thrive in a fast pace environment
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Existing account relationships with key accounts in the marketplace
