Order & Pricing Coordinator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Precept Wine is the largest privately owned wine company in the Northwest. We’re seamlessly integrated to run our own vineyards, wineries and world-class tasting rooms. Currently we are looking for the best and brightest to fill an immediate entry level opening for Order & Pricing Coordinator. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales Logistics. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•  Responsible for managing the purchase order process from start to finish at our CA and NM warehouses 
•  Assist with all end of month shipments for sales 
•  High level of cross departmental communication with the pricing, logistics, marketing, sales and accounting 
•  Coordinate with sales, distributor and carriers regarding order status, shipping dates and product availability
•  Oversee warehouse inventory as it relates to orders, shipping and runrates
•  Assist with key account order/program management 
•  Maintain all pricing and approval documentation 
•  Perform inventory warehouse tie-outs for accounting 
•  Solid understanding of tracking points of display (POS) for sales 
•  Maintaining and updating Precept’s internal pricing system
•  Work alongside the sales and pricing team to identify and reconcile discrepancies with distributor pricing decks
•  Assist Director of Sales Logistics in projects and sample sending 
•  Other pricing related administrative duties as assigned by the Pricing Manager

Skills and Requirements:
•  Basic to intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel: Basic look-ups, SUMIF(S), ability to use and edit pivot 
•  Customer service oriented
•  Strong project management and problem solving skills 
•  Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication 
•  Ability to apply a common sense understand to carry out details
•  Excellent organizational stills, detail oriented with attention to accuracy
•  Self-starter and willingness to learn and create new processes and procedures
•  Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word
•  Ability to work independently and with a team
