Merchandiser & Reset (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

JOB SUMMARY
Strong focus on customer support. Point person for select retail sites to merchandise specific products as requested by customer and directed by Delivery Logistics Manager. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•  Work product from store back stock or delivered loads to fill shelves, cold boxes, or displays.
•  Build displays and maintain point of sale as needed.
•  Rotate product. First in First Out
•  Maintain communication with sales reps regarding accounts.
•  Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
•  Arrives to work, appointments, meetings, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.

OTHER FUNCTIONS
1. Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicates hazards and/or suggests improvements to manager.
2. Performs other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Overtime work required, normal retail environment

EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY USED
Telephone, box cutter

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lifting up to 60 lbs., bending, sitting, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. High School Degree or GED 
2. Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
3. Basic knowledge of wine and the wine industry strongly preferred.
4. Strong Customer Service Skills
5. Must have reliable transportation (able to get to work in the snow)
6. Must have good attention to detail
7. Must maintain a good driving record
8. Must maintain Auto Insurance

Schedule:
•  Monday – Friday (8 hour shifts plus overtime during holidays).
