· Develops and maintains current laboratory customers
· Develops new relationships with potential laboratory customers, directly or supporting the other sales representatives
· Creates and develops Technical Services packages, for the Wine Industry and other beverage Industries, as Beer and Distilled Beverages
· Creates and develops a training program for the rest of the sales team and customer service representatives (both Laboratory and Supply), in order to ensure adequate knowledge of the range of Laboratory Supplies and Technical Services offered by the company
· Defines the yearly budget for Technical Services and Laboratory Supplies
· Monitors and reviews sales results, in order to prevent negative deviation from targets (daily and/or weekly as needed)
· Visits customers with or without the assigned Sales Representative, spending a minimum of 75% of working hours in face to face interaction with customers, in order to maximize relation and trust
· Communicates with the rest of the team regarding relevant direct contacts with customers
· Supports the sales team in planning the meetings with the customers, establishing goals for Technical Services and Laboratory supplies, in order to maximize the results from the sales calls
· Participates in the sales meetings, contributing with a review & analysis of the results, business conditions, threats, opportunities, short and long term targets. (Bi-Weekly Sales Meeting)
· Produces monthly sales progress report and presents/discuss during the 1st sales meeting after the end of the month, using the company format. To be submitted to the President no later than the 3rd day of the month
