Vintage Wine Estates is a dynamic, growing organization seeking Seasonal Harvest Lab Intern to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Enologist in all aspects of grape juice and wine analysis
• Provide regular inventories on cellar supplies throughout harvest
• Maintain accurate and timely analysis records
• Keep laboratory clean and organized to set standards
• As directed, make cellar additions to juice and wine
• Follow all safety procedures
• Keep a clean and orderly lab
• Handle changing priorities in the work environment based on winemaking needs

Candidates should demonstrate the following:

• Perform all job functions in strict adherence to company Health and Safety policies, and in accordance with quality control standards and standard operating procedures
• The ability to stand for long periods of time
• The ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation and housing
• The ability to lawfully work in the USA, no work program or visa assistance will be given
