SUMMARY: The Financial Analyst will be a vital member of a small finance team that provides management with reporting, modeling, and ad hoc analyses that facilitate business planning and decision making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Prepare monthly reports, including financial statements, contribution reports, and variance reports
•  Develop and maintain dashboards to help the management team monitor business conditions
•  Participate heavily in the annual budgeting and Long Range Plan processes 
•  Sales forecasting
•  Production forecasting
•  Operating expense forecasting
•  Maintain wine cost forecasting model
•  Assist with preparation of various sales and discounting analyses
•  Assist evaluation of new business opportunities
•  Assist accounting team with annual external audit

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
•  Bachelor's Degree with significant coursework or work experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar areas of study.
•  Minimum 2 years of business-related experience with a quantitative focus
•  Highly Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to build interactive business models
- Ability to work with complex data sets
•  Passion for continuous, self-driven learning
•  Demonstrated quantitative skills (financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling)
•  Aptitude for creative problem-solving, often in situations that often ambiguous
•  Strong attention to detail
•  Willingness to work extended hours
•  Strong communication skills: written and oral. Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
•  Ability to work well as part of a cross-functional team
•  Experience with Microsoft NAV or similar ERP systems is a plus
