A dynamic family winery in Sonoma County seeks a full-time Customer Care/Fulfillment Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exemplary, professional, and courteous customer service at all times. This position works closely with the public and members of the trade by coordinating winery visits and organizing and representing the company at seasonal consumer events.

We are looking for a self-starter with superior communication skills, along with the desire to add value and be an integral part of a team. This individual will manage the DTC and wholesale wine order process, including projecting inventory needs, coordinating inventory movements and DTC packaging needs. This person will also manage the customer database, provide shipment data to compliance service, and maintain brand registrations. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will have intermediate MS Office skills, CRM software experience (eCellar a plus), QuickBooks experience, an understanding of FedEx shipping software, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
