Stephen Ross Wine Cellars is a family owned and operated winery and tasting room in the city of San Luis Obispo specializing in ultra-premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.  Wines are made from a 9-acre Estate vineyard in the Edna Valley, as well as purchased fruit from vineyards in San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria Valley, Paso Robles and Monterey.  Annual production is 16,000 cases including custom/contract winemaking. This is a cellar worker job, which entails basic wine movements, tank racking, barrel racking, blending; set up and operate cross flow filter, plate and frame filter; top barrels; forklift operation, prep for mobile bottling line, pump and hose sanitation, organize and keep cellar equipment clean at all time, maintenance of cellar equipment, clean and steam barrels and shift leader during harvest.

 

Wage depends on qualifications.
