POSITION OVERVIEW
A sales position for a specific geographic area, in this case, Northern California . Position is highly focused on-premise. Candidate will be the face of Toast Spirits to a defined list of on and off-premise accounts. Position is responsible for account development and volume goals for our champagne, vodka and tequila brands.
Ideal for those who love to sell and develop relationships. Candidate will have strong communication, presentation, sales and entrepreneurial thinking skills.
Position will report to EVP Sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Achievement of the annual volume and distribution plan for geographic responsibility.
Develop & maintain strong key account relationships for the Toast Spirits portfolio.
Create and maintain Key Account list for both the on & off premise in assigned geographic area. Call on and activate said accounts, while implementing creative brand programming to create a consumer base and consumer interaction.
Provide intel and strategy on new account opportunities within assigned area.
Attain monthly & quarterly distribution, volume, drink list and training objectives.
Develop and maintain strong distributor team relationships within the assigned territory. Attend distributor team meetings on a regular basis.
Must maintain company budgetary guidelines for all promotional activity.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Weekly itinerary and recap of market activities and account objectives.
Maintain a monthly tracking of said Key Account list for distribution, volume, features and training.
Expense and budget/activity reporting

A minimum of 2 years sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Computer literate with Excel, Word and Power Point.
Ability to travel periodically outside of geographic responsibility
