Join the Campari America Team for an exciting opportunity as a Regional Sales Admin.  This role is primarily responsible for providing business process administrative support to the markets reporting to a General Sales Manager.   The role is responsible for budget support to include, but not limited to invoice coding and processing.  Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Admin plays a key role in helping to facilitate team communications.  The position is based in San Francisco. 

Key Responsibilities and Activities

Budget & Invoice Processing

  • Invoice processing, tracking and reporting – effectively managing through resolution of invoice issues as needed.

  • Ensure the upload of the RB forecast – providing direct data input as needed.

  • Budget tracking and reporting for team T&E.

Reporting

  • Pull syndicated data for reporting and presentation development.

  • Develop, monitor and publish reports and scorecards to support the assigned team, to include, but not limited to:

    • Monthly Nielsen updates reflecting insights and selling tool graphics.

    • Customer Nielsen aggregate reports.

    • Ad hoc reports as requested by NA (Nielsen & Driver)

    • Pricing Reports

    • Shipment Reports

    • Monthly Executive National Account update summary report

    • Nielsen Scorecard updates

    • S&OP inputs

Systems, Data & Tools

  • Develop as a “super user” for all key systems used by the Field Sales team.

  • Provide optimized and/or simplified users views or ad hoc reports as requested

  • Work with vendors/partners to ensure availability of data, system updates etc.

Other General Admin:

  • Provide general administrative support as needed, to include but not limited to, meeting organization, travel planning etc.

Experience Required

  • 5 years FMCG experience with demonstrated experience in supporting a Sales, Marketing and/or Finance function.

  • Familiarity with Beverage Alcohol category a plus.

  • Familiarity with market and/or consumer data sources such as Nielsen, TDLinx, BDN, Diver, NABCA preferred.

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Four Year college degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Strong administrative, problem solving and data reporting skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and speed.

  • Solid business acumen and the ability to make rational recommendations and judgements using sound business acumen skills and reason.

Technical

  • Expert user knowledge of Excel and other databased tools such as Access, PowerPoint and Word.
