JOB SUMMARY:
This coordinator’s role is designed to assist in the logistical coordination of all direct to consumer channels and customer
service efforts. This position also provides customer service directly over the phone, oversees shipping processes and
fulfillment, and assists with all day to day operations for the Wine Club.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
Winery and Events (15-20%)
Assist management with inventory
Back up for events phone and emails
Assist with wine club events and order pick ups
Process Friends & Family orders
Marketing (15%)
Special projects as assigned by Marketing and Communications Manager & Director of Marketing
Wine Club (60%)
Order and customer management: Process orders, build customers, respond to customer inquiries for account
management and booking purposes.
Process returns
Coordinate and ship all internal and guest shipping requests, welcome kits, including sales samples, sales POS, press
submissions, and wine competition entries.
Make declined credit card calls before and after shipments
Share in the responsibility for handling email and phone traffic
Research and troubleshoot shipping issues as they arise
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Strong customer service experience
Knowledge of direct compliance laws and regulations desired.
General wine knowledge and familiarity with St. Supéry wines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to be a ‘team player’ and promote a healthy working environment
Able to communicate the St. Supéry story to visitors (history; discuss vineyard; discuss winery and wines; etc.)
Able to sell various wine club memberships and expand the customer database by signing up visitors for the
newsletter, direct sales mailings, and promotions
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Must be able to complete any and all paperwork related to tour scheduling and inventory movement
Knowledge of AMS software
Able to lift and carry 40 lbs.
Must be well organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner
Ability to communicate and work well with others, including customers, trade visitors, management, supervisors, and
co-workers.
Must be available to work scheduled days and have flexibility to work different schedules or hours when necessary.
Must be willing to perform any other job functions deemed necessary by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Minimum age of 21 to pour wine.
High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Must have a valid California driver’s license and a good driving record
