DeLille Cellars, a boutique artisan winery located in Woodinville, Washington, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Cellar Master. This position will provide an ideal learning environment for the aspiring winemaker, as the successful candidate will be exposed to numerous varietals grown on our estate and grower properties and a variety of winemaking techniques.
SUMMARY
Performs all cellar operations, and trains and supervises harvest personnel. Responsible for maintenance of tanks, equipment and barrels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•  Assists in all aspects of winemaking; works long hours as required at harvest.
•  Works under minimal supervision and within a team to perform and document all winery operations.
•  Performs movement of barrels, dry goods and case goods via flatbed truck & forklifting.


QUALIFICATIONS: 
•  Degree or coursework in enology, viticulture or related degree program, or experience in winery cellar operations.
•  Passion and commitment to winemaking and wine appreciation essential.
•  Ability to work independently and as a member of a hardworking and extraordinarily dedicated winemaking team.

Physical Requirements: 
•  Lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance
•  Climb a ladder to a height of at least (but not limited to) 20 feet
•  Walk, bend and climb stairs without discomfort or impairment
•  Stand for sustained periods of time
•  Wear appropriate safety equipment as required by state and/or federal law
