We are currently seeking a Tasting Room Associate on a part time basis. We are in need of an individual that is available on Saturdays, Sundays and special event weekends. Our tasting room hours are Wednesday through Monday 11-5.
The Tasting Room Associate's primary responsibility would be greeting guests in an enthusiastic and knowledgeable manner as well as educating the guest about the winery's history and winemaking program. The candidate needs to be committed to providing exceptional customer service in a fast pace work environment. We welcome applicants that have a desire to learn more about the wine industry as well as those that possess excellent communication skills with a friendly, polished and professional attitude.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Comfortable with hosting both small and large groups
Experience in a wine related field or customer service preferred
Courteous, positive and helpful attitude
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast pace work environment
Professional & friendly appearance
Experience with retail or customer management software
Able to lift 40+lbs and is 21 years or older
Reliable transportation required
