Tasting Room Manager (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

This position is responsible for conducting of beer tastings and brewery tours for guests while providing excellent customer service to all brewery visitors. You will be representing the company in a positive professional manner at all times. Other duties will include:

• Opening/closing procedures for the tasting room
• Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
• Organizing daily, weekly, and monthly tasting room calendar for events
• Preparing and managing monthly staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage
• Participate in onsite and offsite events as needed
• Update company website and Facebook page
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings for special events as required,
• 21 years or older.
• Detail oriented, multi-tasker who is self-motivated
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Social Media management skills: Ideal candidate can update and maintain all our social media accounts (instagram, facebook, twitter, etc.) with fresh content and store or community pictures.
