This role requires someone with experience in product development, research and project management preferably in the Alcoholic Beverage Industry. This position is responsible for researching / identifying new product development trends with key focus on brand/concept development, and packaging innovation, identifying new opportunities within and beyond existing brands/categories.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Builds and manages complex, actionable project plans spanning extended time periods and interfacing with almost all business functions.
- Works with Brand Development teams to implement new products from idea / concept through commercialization.
- Facilitates problem-solving and defines structure for resolution.
- Collects, develops and refines product attributes and requirements with input from relevant stakeholders (e.g., customer/consumers, internal experts, executives, etc.).
- Supports development by recommending creative, innovative approaches to breakthrough barriers and challenge conventional thinking.
- Works closely with global and domestic marketing and sales teams to develop execution materials.
- Point person for coordinating company-wide Innovation platform identifying new trends / packaging / merchandising / promotional efforts .
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Previous experience marketing alcoholic beverage products. Understanding of marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and evaluation systems.
- Some knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- BA in Marketing or related field – MBA strongly preferred. Alcoholic Beverage Industry experience is mandatory.
