Duties:
•  Along with the VP of Portfolio Management, develops a strategic plan to maximize the distribution and marketing of our brands.
•  Develops and delivers high impact marketing packages and support materials required to successfully launch and support assigned products.
•  Ensures that brand strategy, pricing and programming is translated to marketplace activities that drive sales and profits.
•  Maintains a system of positive, routine and consistent contact with assigned suppliers.
•  Provides appropriate brand training to sales force.
•  Creatively identifies opportunity areas for growth by effectively using market research and competitive intelligence.
•  Utilizes analytic software tools to enhance revenue and margin.
•  Identifies target account types and opportunities within the framework of the organizational strategy.
•  Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
•  Arrives to work, appointments, meetings, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.

Requirements:
•  Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business or hospitality.
•  Must have 5+ years of market development and selling experience.
•  Minimum three years of experience in the wine & spirits industry.
•  Must have comprehensive product and category knowledge.
•  Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
•  Computer proficiency in MS Office Software and Diver.
•  Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
•  Excellent follow through skills and the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.
