We are looking for a part time wine advisor/consultant. Along with the bullet points below, the idea candidate will have a verse background in wine and some formal education along with a drive to sell. This person will be a direct contact with customers and will be on the floor hand-selling.
- Improving the satisfaction and sales of existing customers
- Verbally communicate products and services clearly and concisely
- Develop and build a long term personal relationship with customers
- Represent our store in a courteous and professional manner
- Listen to customer feedback
- Provide reporting to team on sales, satisfaction and results of calling
